Please read these terms carefully before booking an appointment with Emily's Nail & Beauty Lounge. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system through Treatwell. Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice (no-show) may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service value
• Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced treatment time or the appointment being cancelled. Full payment may still be required.

4. Pricing

All prices are as listed on our Prices page and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical conditions prior to your appointment
• We reserve the right to decline a treatment if we believe it may cause harm
• Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health information

6. Patch Tests

We may require a patch test prior to certain treatments. We will advise you if this is necessary at the time of booking.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please contact us as soon as possible. We take all feedback seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

8. Liability

Emily's Nail & Beauty Lounge will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury howsoever caused unless due to our negligence. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings on the premises.

9. Photography

We may occasionally photograph completed nail work for use on our website and social media. We will always ask for your permission before using any images that identify you.

10. Business Details

Emily's Nail & Beauty Lounge is a sole trader business operated by Emily Bailey, based at Collier Street, Tonbridge, TN12 9SB. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
