What is BIAB?
A stronger, smarter manicure
BIAB stands for "Builder In A Bottle" — a flexible builder gel that's brushed directly onto your natural nail and cured under a UV/LED lamp. Unlike standard gel polish, BIAB adds a structural layer that strengthens the nail underneath, prevents breakage and gives a glassy, gel-like finish that lasts 3–4 weeks.
It's the treatment of choice for clients who want natural-looking nails with the durability of extensions but none of the bulk or damage. We use The GelBottle Inc BIAB and similar pro-grade builder gels, applied with a thin apex for strength and a smooth finish.
BIAB is also one of the gentlest long-wear systems on the market. With proper professional removal — never picking or peeling — your natural nails grow longer and healthier underneath.

What to expect
Your BIAB appointment, step by step
Consult & prep
We chat through shape, length and finish. Then a careful cuticle clean and nail prep — no drills on natural nails.
Builder gel applied
A thin base of BIAB is brushed on, sculpted for strength at the apex and cured under LED.
Colour or finish
A glossy top coat, or your chosen gel polish colour and any nail art layered in.
Aftercare
Cuticle oil, hand massage and a quick rundown on how to keep your BIAB lasting four full weeks.
Aftercare
Keep your BIAB looking new
Follow these simple aftercare habits and your builder gel will stay glossy and intact until your next appointment.
Wear gloves for chores
Hot water and harsh cleaners weaken gel bonds. Marigolds make a real difference.
Use cuticle oil daily
Hydrated cuticles prevent lifting around the nail bed and keep nails growing healthily.
Don't pick or peel
Peeling BIAB takes layers of your natural nail with it. Always come in for professional removal.
Book infills at 3–4 weeks
An infill at the right time is half the price of a fresh set and keeps your nails looking seamless.
